How The Stripe Billing Portal Works

You can change your payment method and view your payment invoices or receipts by following these steps:

  • Log in to BucketLynx and hover over the menu icon and select “Profile”.
  • Click on the “Update Payment Method/View Invoice History” button to launch the Stripe Customer Billing Portal.
  • Use the Stripe Customer Billing Portal to update your payment method.
  • At the bottom of the Customer Billing Portal page you will see “Invoice History”.
  • Click on a date to see a new page that will allow you to download invoices and payment receipts in PDF format.
  • If you did not change your payment information, you can hit the browser back button to return to BucketLynx.
  • If you did change your payment information, select “Return to BucketLynx” and then log back in to BucketLynx.
