Account Security

Two-factor authentication is used to ensure the integrity and security of your account and account users. When BucketLynx detects that the user's log in location, session or browser has changed, an account authentication code will be sent to the user's email address or cell phone. The code must then be correctly entered before the user will be allowed to access the account.

  • The Basic Plan account is a single user only account.
  • The eCommerce Plan account allows up to three additional unique account users for a total of four users.
  • The Photographer account uses a unique portfolio website to allow your clients to access work you have done on their behalf.

If your account has been suspended for an account sharing violation and you feel that was a mistake on our part, please contact support at help@bucketlynx.com and tell us why you feel we made a mistake.
